The new facility, opening September 2025, will add 8,000 additional pallet spaces. Like White’s existing warehousing, it will be BRCGS-accredited and fully managed via ProSKU, the company’s advanced warehouse management system.

This latest expansion allows White to provide businesses with an all-round logistics solution — from container reception, through to secure storage and nationwide distribution. It removes the need for companies to maintain their own costly warehousing, which often goes underutilised.

Following the success of a dedicated rework area for one of White’s existing clients, White also took the opportunity during construction to convert part of the existing site into a permanent rework and value-add space for other customers — ideal for labelling, kitting, packing, and other light processing.

The merged group will operate a large fleet of vehicles, running from Bleach’s hub near Arundel and White’s extensive headquarters in Pershore. Including White’s sister company, RGF Logistics, the total group strength now exceeds 300 vehicles, making it one of the UK’s most capable and well-resourced logistics networks.

The combined warehousing in the group is now around 300,000 sq ft of modern warehouse space and includes a dedicated Danish trolley transhipment area, establishing it as a vital hub for horticultural logistics and national distribution.

Both companies will retain their individual identities, with Graeme White continuing as CEO of White Logistics and Gary Paget remaining Managing Director of Bleach.

This merger brings together two well-respected operators with deep roots in the horticultural supply chain. White Logistics is recognised for managing complex, time-sensitive loads and has already delivered a great number of plant trolleys this year. Bleach of Lavant is a trusted partner to many of the UK’s leading growers, including the Farplants group.
